about Egg Fried Rice

when I got home from work I often like to make egg fried rice , because it is very easy to do , and speed time short , if you want make it you must have two eggs and rice, first you Omelette ， after you can fried rice , it is so easy to do. you can try it

When in Australia some time ago I watched a lady cooking me a quick breakfast.
She made a hole in a slice of bread, fried it with a little butter and dropped an egg in the hole.
Turned it and served......delicious.
