I hope you all have a good time... or  had , by the time you read this.

My 'weekend off' at Bushey turned into transforming an ex-cop van securety safe for gigging....yes the old heap is for sale[vito] still a good runner  but need new, so investment needed and I picked the new van up a few days ago.

I am sad to not see my fiddler pals at this time.....lead on with hte clips and photoes and the gossip.........

all the best.have a good time.
Michele.

Whew! I reckon FH Bushey was a great success. Lots of new people, and meeting them all was a joy.

Of course, great big thank yous go to Jed, Brenda and Alan for organising and allowing Fiddle Hell to materialise at the Royal Oak.

I really enjoyed playing with Chris Haigh and Richard Bolton. There was a good contrast between Chris' styles and mine (I play more bum notes, for a start!!), and for a two violin and guitar trio, I think there was a good variety of music.

I hope it will happen again next year!

Yes, I too will be there if Jed manages to organise another meet.  And I'll bloody well make sure that I am free for four full days so I don't have to miss out on the Friday or the Sunday.  I might even manage to inveigle some more of the bodies from the South Coast to come up as well.

Look forward to seeing all of you again, and keep smiling Crazy Girl, and drink lots of tea!
David

:)  Oh I am smiling, mostly always. . . its water I drink lots of!! tea two cups a day, of black, then some green somedays or white other days. . . .

Glad you enjoyed the event well the day you came.  It was pretty amazing, great so many different players came making it a great session, and of course with the violin players that came a great chance to play along with other musicians.  Be great if you do come for the whole event next time. . . . . we shall see what next time brings! . . .

Have fun. . . . .
