Good luck with the ensemble I hope you enjoy, let us know how it goes.  I played in one just the once, and it certainly tests your sight reading, and it was fun to play with other people, and a challenge to just be given a piece and have to play it striaght away,  perhaps I should try again!

Thanks, Jed!  Hope you are fine!
Yes, I've finally joined, due to a certain fine lady..

My music classes have started again and tomorrow is my first time practising playing in an ensemble, so am curious how that will go... Am looking forward to having guidance again for the violin playing, after the two-month
Summer break, as you can only do so much without any guidance. 
So I might have lots of (I hope) interesting questions for you in the coming months...

Hope you can find a place here to chat since not everyone is violin mad like me.
The general discussion board tho is a good place to talk. I might pop up to the office tonight where we met the other night..... ::)
